We would like to inform you today that there will be a change to the online-based ordering platform "sensano". For strategic reasons, opta data Abrechnungs GmbH has decided to hand over responsibility for eProcurement activities, support and further development of the software solution to cooperation management GmbH, based in Passau. The "sensano" business operations within the opta data Group will be discontinued as of June 30, 2018.

cooperation management GmbH offers the design, operation, support and development of eProcure portals based on the "jb-x eBusiness Suite" software solution. The company also has numerous customers in the healthcare and care sectors. This means that a competent and experienced operator of ordering solutions is taking over the operation and further development of the sensano ordering platform.

What will change for sensano customers?

The "sensano" software solution will continue to be operated by opta data Abrechnungs GmbH until June 30, 2018. From July 1, 2018, cooperation management GmbH will take over operations. The portal will then be supplemented with further interesting functionalities in a release upgrade. Customers will then be able to check electronic deliveries or invoices, supply in-house software systems, carry out recipe and menu planning or manage contracts. With regard to the activation of these additional functionalities, cooperation management GmbH will gradually approach customers personally. All functionalities currently in use will of course continue to be available. The modern and future-proof platform "jb-x eBusiness Suite", which will be activated for customers with the release change, offers further potential for optimizing customers' ordering and control processes. Orders can be placed as usual at any time without major interruptions.
